This morning saw the second in the series of ten rotations to be flown by Thomas Cook Airlines Boeing 757-300s during the second half of April, G-JMAB following on from its appearance on Saturday morning, by operating a mid-morning Malta departure. The type had previously made only nine landings at Newcastle Airport (seven of which had been made by TCX's two aeroplanes), the last occurring in May 2005, although these visits by 'AB' are the first here involving a 757-300 fitted with winglets.
